Branch County Employee Spotlight

The Branch County Employee spotlight is an award given to employees who demonstrate exceptional performance. The award is given by Management or Supervisors and co-workers input to BCCPatriot.

Examples of Branch County Employee Spotlight winners would be:

• Ann Wentworth: A PAC Administrator in the radiology department at the Community Health Center of Branch County 
• Theresa Gillette: An employee at the Community Health Center of Branch County 
• Carol Floto: An English teacher at South County High School 
• Megan Cooper: A student services counselor at South County High School 
• Connie Gibson: A principal’s administrative assistant at South County High School 

Some criteria that companies may use to select an Employee of the Month include:

Attitude

Achievements

Cooperation

Judgment

Reliability

Relations with others

Ability to learn

Work performance record

BCCPatriot will notify county wide businesses regarding this award, and will be called upon to provide sponsored gifts to the county recipient. Stay tuned for this exciting part of our service.
